Join LaMor Clements Carino for an exploration of the three stages of Menopause - Perimenopause, Menopause, and Post-Menopause. From the lense of both Yoga and Ayurveda, you will learn the Eastern and Western viewpoints of these 3 stages in a woman's life, how we are affected physically, energetically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually and how to assist ourselves in this time of transition and growth with Ayurvedic principles and Yogic practices. After lecture and Q&A, you will experience an Asana practice along with Pranayama, Mantra, Mudra, and Yoga Nidra specific to our needs at this time in our life. 2.5 Yoga Alliance CEUs available for RYTs.
