You will be introduced to the Taoist Tai Chi arts in order to develop a self-practice for health and well-being.
About this Event

These sessions build upon each other one week to the next. During these weeks, we will teach the form from our tai chi set of 108 movements. Come and experience the peace and calmness that our practice brings. Learn to relax, let go of worry, and be more mindful.
