I’m really excited to share an update to this women’s walking weekend. After listening to feedback from several of you who wanted to bring your dogs, share rooms, and have more flexible options, I’ve made a few changes — same date, same price, just with a beautiful coastal base 🐾✨
We’ll be staying at The Bankes Arms, overlooking the sea and just moments from Old Harry Rocks. It’s a wonderful spot, and we’ll be walking straight from the door each day, exploring some of the very best of the Jurassic Coast.
This is a women-only walking weekend, designed to give you space to walk, unwind, and connect — whether that’s through conversation around women’s health, menopause, and wellbeing, or simply sharing miles, laughter, and sea air.
What’s included:
✔️ Two nights’ accommodation
✔️ Choice of double or twin en-suite rooms
✔️ Breakfast each morning
✔️ Packed lunches for walking days
✔️ Evening meals on Friday & Saturday
✔️ Guided walks on Saturday & Sunday (approx 10 miles per day)
✔️ Well-behaved dogs welcome 🐕 (numbers limited)
🐾 Dogs staying in rooms incur an additional £15 charge.
✨ Local ladies option ✨
I can also offer a small number of places for women who live locally and would like to join the walks but don’t need accommodation. These spaces are limited to keep the group small and supportive.

There may be the opportunity to include a beach sauna session at Studland — the perfect way to ease tired legs after a coastal walk 🌊🔥
This would be subject to availability and at an additional cost, payable separately. More details to follow if there’s interest.
A reasonable level of fitness is required. We’ll be walking on uneven coastal paths, crossing fields, and climbing hills and steps. Parts of the coastline are challenging, but the views are truly spectacular.
