A Women's Retreat

You are invited to join a group of like-minded women as we excavate the internal patterns women hold regarding their femininity and how these are shaped by a dominant masculine viewpoint.

Many women feel they must be "likable" to succeed, leading to feelings of disempowerment and self-judgment. In the safety of a warm and nurturing environment, we identify the patterns that squish you down and stifle your creativity. You gain a clearer understanding of yourself and your relationships, recognizing the innate wisdom within you. Anavadya helps each participant live and love more authentically and creatively.

Friday 8/22: 5 pm - 8 pm
Saturday 8/23: 11:30 am - 5:30 pm
Sunday 8/24: 11:30 am - 5:30 pm

Ticket price is $200/$300/$450, sliding scale based on your ability to pay. If you are unable to pay this range due to your circumstances but would like to attend, please let us know.
On Saturday and Sunday, feel free to bring your own lunch, or you are welcome to go out for a bite nearby. Lots of food options including PCC and Met Market.

Anavadya is an individual and marraige counselor, meditation teacher, and teacher's teacher. She has been meeting with individuals, couples and groups for over three decades.
