A Winter’s Rest; Winter Solstice Retreat in the yurt at Monk Gardens
Come join us on December 19 from 5:00-7:30pm for some wintering, intention setting, and a light yoga practice that will lead to a yoga Nidra.
$40/person, 20% discount for Gardens members. Space is limited, register early.

This retreat will start with a talk on wintering, releasing the old, and hopes for the new year. We will then have some individual time to reflect, release, and renew with a gentle yoga practice that leads to a yoga Nidra. This retreat will be led by Kerri of Live Today Yoga.
