This intimate weekend combines meditation, yoga, Ayurveda and contemplation, exploring the transformative nature of autumn. Surrounded by the majestic Rocky Mountains, True Nature Healing Arts provides a sanctuary fostering inspiration, connection and self-discovery.
Deva and Elena blend their respective studies and decades of experience to bring enriching classes, discussions, contemplations and explorations of what it means to empty the mind, reset the body and begin again from the heart.
Each offering will be available for access individually, as an a-la-cart style retreat, or as a full weekend pass.

A Transformational Yin Yoga Experience with Deva Shantay
Deva Shantay | Seer and visionary endowed with the gift of intuitive sight, master yoga therapist (E-RYT 500, IYT 1000), Ayurvedic practitioner and chef, advanced medicinal aromatherapist, fine artist, dedicated mother and co-creator of True Nature Healing Arts Foundation in Carbondale, Colorado, USA and Loma Sagrada in Nosara, Costa Rica—two scared spaces that support inspiration, connection and self-discovery. Deva supports clients in understanding their karmic obstacles so they can discover and live their life purpose. She is able to see deeply into her client’s subconscious, bringing awareness to that which is unresolved, suggesting ways to call forth greater alignment, harmony and purpose. Elena Brower | Mother, mentor, poet, artist, volunteer, bestselling author and host of the Practice You Podcast, Elena Brower has taught yoga and meditation since 1999. After graduating Cornell University in 1992, she designed textiles and apparel for almost a decade before shifting her focus to yoga, meditation, art and writing. Her books, Art of Attention, Practice You, Being You and Softening Time walk us through stages of practice, life and listening. Elena's Perceptive Parenting audio course is a key resource for parents; her yoga practices and meditations are featured on Glo. She works to elevate bright futures for girls, women and children through her support for Girls on Fire Leaders, On The Inside and Free Food Kitchen. She received the Buddhist Precepts from Roshi Joan Halifax in 2023 and is now a candidate for Chaplaincy.
