The Cincinnati Parks + Rec for Wellness Hiking Series offers 24 weeks of free, guided wellness walks from May through October in parks across the city. Our goal is simple: help our community move more, feel better and connect to the beautiful public spaces we all share.This week, join Dr. Barbara Walker and Kelly Lyle from UC's Osher Center for a walk in Mt. Airy Forest. Meet at the Treehouse for a scenic hike along forested trails, where you’ll enjoy fresh air, gentle movement, and moments of mindfulness in nature.
