On Monday, June 8th, Sky Covington’s Preservation of Jazz Monday Night Music Series: Tributes invites music lovers to experience an unforgettable celebration of smooth groove, soul, and legendary musicianship with:

Featuring “Randal V. Wilson Project Jazz taking place at the iconic Aretha’s Jazz Café, this tribute honors one of the most beloved and influential artists in modern music—George Benson, a master guitarist and vocalist whose sound helped define the meeting point between jazz sophistication and R&B cool.
The evening will be hosted by the hilarious and charismatic Mike Bonner, and will open with a special performance by Sky Covington, Detroit’s award-winning jazz vocalist and the visionary curator behind the Preservation of Jazz Monday Night Music Series.
