About this Event
Join us for Kids Camp - Global Flavors, a five-day culinary adventure! Kids will learn to cook a variety of dishes from around the world, from Korean Kimbap rice rolls to Cacio e Pepe with homemade pasta! It's a week full of fun, learning, and delicious dishes!
Each Day
- Drop off - 9am
- Pick-up 11:30am
Ages 7 - 12
Day 1 - Kimbap
- Korean seaweed rice rolls filled with vegetables, egg, and meat.
Day 2 - Indian Delights
- Butter Chicken: Creamy tomato curry with tender chicken and warm Indian spices.
- Dosas : Thin, crispy South Indian fermented rice and lentil crepes.
Day 3 - Jamaican Beef Patties
- Spiced ground beef baked inside a flaky golden pastry.
Day 4 - Caccio e' Pepe
- Roman pasta with pecorino cheese and black pepper sauce.
Day 5 - Chicken Dumplings with Lace Skirt Technique
-Steamed chicken dumplings finished with a delicate, crispy lacy skirt.
