We are inviting you to embrace your inner child and join us for a morning of fun, games and physical fitness. We'll provide all supplies, some light snacks and water.
Facilitated by Tanna Samone Hall aka Coach T! Tanna Samone is a Bay Area born and raised P.E. teacher and Coach. She has served both Oakland and San Francisco as a Lifeguard, Firefighter/EMT/Lt., and a Coach/Educator.

ACCESSIBILITY INFO:
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: This event is for able bodied people. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate disabled or differently abled people at this time, but hope to in the future.
REQUIRED CLOTHES: Please wear tennis shoes and workout clothing. Or any clothes you can comfortably move your body. Don't forget your water bottle, hat and sunblock!
LOCATION: Outdoors in Dimond Park in the unshaded area next to Lions Pool. There are trees nearby for shade if/when needed.
PARKING: There are two parking lots. One next to Lions Pool and a smaller one on Canon Ave.
RESTROOMS: Gender neutral public restrooms.
SEATING: On the ground (bring a picnic blanket) or on any available park tables.
SCENT: We prefer a scent free environment, even though we are outside.
