Set inside Track 15 — Providence’s dynamic culinary collective — this immersive dinner will uniquely feature pairings from the venue’s seven distinct restaurant concepts, creating a progressive dining experience that mirrors Portugal’s diversity in both flavor and terroir.

Guiding the evening is MS Walker wine representative Jack Couto, who will lead guests through a curated journey across Portugal’s most revered wine regions.

The evening begins with a refreshing welcome cocktail — a classic Portonic, featuring Van Zellers White Port topped with tonic — a bright, modern expression of Portuguese tradition.

Guests will then experience a thoughtfully paired progression, including:
