The Providence Culinary Collective returns March 26–29, 2026, bringing four days of food, wine, and chef-driven experiences to downtown Providence.
Presented by GoProvidence in partnership with the Rhode Island Wine Experience (Wine X), this citywide celebration highlights Providence’s culinary legacy through paired wine dinners, tastings, cooking classes, food trucks, and immersive culinary events designed for both casual food lovers and serious enthusiasts.
What to expect by day:
Thursday, March 26
Kick off the weekend with opening-night events including chef-led dinners, wine pairings, tastings, and hands-on culinary experiences at restaurants and venues across the city.
Friday, March 27
A full day of signature tastings, educational experiences, and curated wine and food pairings featuring local and visiting chefs.
Saturday, March 28
The festival’s biggest day, featuring marquee events, large-scale tastings, food truck festivities, and interactive experiences throughout downtown Providence.
Sunday, March 29
Close out the weekend with relaxed, community-focused events including brunches, demonstrations, and final tasting experiences.
