This event is being offered as an opportunity to recover after the great effort many of our members and friends have put into the election. There will be two parts to the event, the first part will be verbal processing with story circles. The second part with be physical processing with gentle, easy, restorative physical movements and postures. Ella Shepherd is a mental health counselor and yoga instructor. Join us to relax, rejuvenate, and unwind after this stressful season.
