A Time For Transitions

Please join me on Saturday, October 7, 2025 for an hour of relaxing healing sounds. The theme for this sound bath is, "A Time For Transitions" as we embrace all that comes with the season of Autumn.

I love it when sound baths tie in with the changing era of the seasons. It is a wonderful opportunity to utilize the benefits of sound healing and connect them with the beautiful changes each season has to offer. We are leaving the energy of summer and transitioning into Autumn. A time of reflection, slowing down, and cooler months. The multitude of colors and falling of the leaves on the trees is breathtaking. it is also a reminder that it is time to let go of the previous season and embrace what is yet to come just as the trees do.

Autumn reconnects us to the deeper parts of our being. It is associated with words like nourishment, integrity, reflection, and transitions. A time to breathe deeply and drink warm moisturizing herbal teas as the climate begins to shift. All of these transitions are reminders that just as nature shifts with such ease and grace, so can we.

This sound bath will focus on our connection to Autumn.

We will utilize the calming, serene, and rejuvenating benefits of sound therapy to connect with the essence of this season, tune in to the deeper aspects of ourselves, and let go of the previous months. We are transitioning from the vibrant, actionable, and humid days of summer to the relaxing, colorful, and slower days of Autumn. Please join me for this purposeful transition.

The event will begin promptly at 6:30pm. Please be advised that doors will close shortly after to avoid disrupting the overall experience for everyone.

Mats are available, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Pillows and blankets are encouraged to stay cozy during the sound bath.
