This sound bath is about tuning into the beauty, serenity, and wisdom of Autumn. Every breath, every tune, and every intention will connect us to all that is necessary for this transition. We are moving from the hot, up-tempo energy of summer into the chill, reflective, and soothing essence of Autumn. As the leaves change colors and fall with such grace, we are reminded that we to can embrace change with such ease.

The event will begin promptly at 6:30 pm. Please be advised that doors will close shortly after to avoid disrupting the overall experience for everyone.

Mats are available, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Pillows and blankets are encouraged to stay cozy during the sound bath.
