A TheraLeaf Yoga Experience

We are excited to bring TheraLeaf Yoga to Heal The Planet Shop for an immersive, grounding experience. This event is designed to create a safe and restorative space for participants to reconnect with themselves through movement, mindfulness, and plant medicine.

The experience will include a 60-minute yin vinyasa flow, guided journaling with reflective prompts, and an herbal tea experience, all designed to cultivate inner balance and community connection.

During the journaling portion, participants will enjoy a specially crafted herbal tea blend designed to promote relaxation and enhance reflection. The event will conclude with an open discussion, fostering meaningful connections in a warm and supportive space.

Set in an earthy, calming atmosphere, the experience will feature soft lighting, natural textures, and plant-filled decor, creating the perfect environment for relaxation and self-discovery.

About the instructor:

Jackie is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, licensed marriage and family therapist, and the Founder & CEO of TheraLeaf Yoga. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Jackie combines her expertise in mental health and yoga to create a supportive space for healing. Through TheraLeaf Yoga, she integrates plant medicine and yoga to help individuals heal from anxiety, depression, and trauma. Her approach is grounded in creating a safe, nurturing environment where students feel seen, supported, and empowered on their healing journey.
