Come and join us for our 7th annual Newtown Community Meal, hosted at Newtown School, a celebration of the incredible diversity, creativity, and collaboration that makes our suburb so special.This is a shared meal that truly reflects Newtown, featuring food that has been grown, sourced, foraged, and prepared right here in our community. Together we’ll enjoy an abundance of amazing kai, including homemade dumplings, locally foraged preserves, and bountiful salads made from locally grown produce.
This event is about celebrating the very best of our suburb, our people, our cultures, and the food that brings us together. Everyone is welcome, so please bring your whānau, friends, and neighbours.
Doors will open at 3pm with music, snacks and time to connect with your neighbours. The main meal will be served at 4.30pm
