To begin prepare and cook our classic seafood chowder that is served in Mourne Seafood Bar, a genuine Belfast institution. To follow a rich, luxurious casserole; Rib of Shorthorn Ulster Beef and Champ Dumplings braised in Belfast Dark Ale, a real one pot wonder to warm the cockles of the coldest hearts.
