About this Event
This Spring Reset circle is an energetic refresher to deepen the connection of our mind, body, and spirit through an integrative blend of breathwork, meditation, yoga, and somatics.
The workshop section will be guided by the planet’s ruling energy of the day, Saturn, the planet that helps us understand our limits/boundaries, structure, and discipline, which ultimately, over time, helps us achieve self-mastery.
Together, we’ll explore our current experience, bringing awareness to what needs to be released, and explore how to take action on our most meaningful intentions while strengthening our energetic protection.
Join us for some guided practices, a workshop, and space for connection within a supportive community!
