A Special Dinner for a Special Someone

For ages 21 & up

Enjoy a special dinner with this menu from the African American kitchen of Alexander Smalls, world class opera singer, chef, restaurateur,  and author of a James Beard Award-winning cookbook. This meal is simply elegant - and perfect for your Valentine's Day celebrations. As you sit back and relax, our instructors will show you how to make each dish. 

For ages 21 & up. Tickets are priced per person; you will be prompted to purchase 2 tickets - one for you and one for your Valentine.

• Deviled Crab Cakes with Spicy Creole Mayonnaise

• Prime Rib Roast with Crawfish Onion Gravy

• Citrus Whipped Sweet Potatoes

• Sauteed Green Beans with Toasted Benne Seeds

• Individual Blackberry Cobblers 

The meal will be perfectly paired with wine.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
