Join Kat for a sound bowl session specifically designed to help you manifest your intentions for the New Year. Take this opportunity for some quiet reflection in the safe and sacred space of the Key Largo Yoga studio, where you can immerse yourself in the sounds and vibrations of our extraordinary crystal bowls while Kat’s soothing voice guides you in the creation of a personal intention, or sankalpa.
Beyond our resolutions for this new season lie deeper and more personal intentions that represent the best of each of us. By focusing on these inner qualities and cultivating a belief in ourselves, we can visual a path towards manifesting our highest self.
