During the session I will guide you through the recitation of a powerful series of Sanskrit Bija mantras, or seed sounds, single syllable frequencies used in Yogic and Ayurvedic traditions to activate and balance the Chakras.
From the root to the crown we will harmonize the body's energy.
The sacred sound of each mantra clears, opens and empowers its corresponding chakra. Paired with singing bowls, you can expect deep relaxation while receiving a new valuable tool for promoting greater health, vitality and spiritual connection.
