About the Event:

We will hike for 2 miles up, once we’ve reached Amir’s Garden, we will embrace a meditation, hike back down safely and end the event with a facilitated Yoga class/intentional movement.

Free event - donations are welcome but not required.

Trail time: 7:30 am sharp
