Join us for a guided tour of the famed estate of Kelvinside, one of the gems of Victorian Glasgow.
About this Event

Historian Gordon Urquhart and architect Fiona Sinclair will lead a leisurely ramble discussing the grand mansions (and intriguing stories) of the area’s most notable residents, while also examining some recent conservation projects.

Please meet promptly at 2.00 pm outside the gates of Kelvinside House (2 Beaconsfield Road, at its junction with Cleveden Road). The tour will last approximately 2 hours and will conclude with a talk and exhibition on the Art Deco Kelvin Court near Anniesland, where refreshments and home-baked cakes will be served.

Maximum number for the walk is 20, so please book early to ensure a place.
