A RETURN TO SALTASH! W: A Return to Oz @ Saltash Studios, Fri 2nd Oct
After our popular first Saltash screening, we now have a 2nd one! This will be one of the last times to see W: A Return to Oz in the cinema, don't miss it!
Join us for the double-bill opening night of our Rip It Up season, celebrating youth culture, rebellion, and self-expression in the South West.
W: Return to Oz (15)
Take a dance down memory lane and remember the glory days of clubbing on Plymouth's Union Street. Through a combination of archive stories and local voices, this film explores how this venue almost single-handedly kicked off the South West’s rave scene back in the late 1980s and the first half of the 1990s. A must see for all local ravers (and former ravers). Can you spot yourself in the many colourful crowd scenes?
N.B: This film contains flashing lights that may effect viewers who are sensitive to light.
Directed & Edited by Daniel Howard-Baker
