Join us for a deeply relaxing and restorative, intimate group Soundbath at my sacred space in NW2. Escape the madness or daily life and experience a unique sound journey, surrounded by the gentle healing frequencies of crystal bowls, singing bowls, koshi chimes, biosonic tuning forks, portable gong plates, vocal imprvisations, mantra chanting and so much more.
Only a small number of spots is available for this donation based event, so make sure to book in advance.
This event will be facilitated by Athena Sofianou, a qualified sound healer, qualified soundbath facilitator and qualified shamanic practitioner.
If you are pregnant, dealing with a chronic health condition, or if you will be needing assistance during this event, please do message the organiser before you book a spot. Minors are welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
