Settle in at Westaways for a long lunch by Executive Chef Will Eaglesfield, built around fresh, seasonal ingredients straight from the garden and local suppliers.
Spend some time on the land, getting your hands in the soil as part of the Walter Peak Restoration Project, helping plant native trees that will shape the landscape for years to come.
Along the way, hear from local producers and partners as they share the stories behind what they do and why it matters.
