Join in with a morning of reconnection. You will enjoy a session of Mindfulness, to quieten and bring stillness to a busy mind and become centred in the present and your body. You will then be guided through chakra based yoga moves before pausing for some morning tea. The morning will come to a close at 2 pm following a sound healing session which will focus on chakra alignment. Leave feeling less weighed down and preoccupied, with an increased sense of your personal strength and wellbeing.
