Join Melissa, from Barefoot Creations, for a special evening of sound immersion that invites you into the softer realms of your physical being, offering a space for profound rest & rejuvenation. This restorative journey will nurture your mind, body, & soul.
As you relax, you'll be bathed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, & a crystal pyramid. These healing sounds, combined with the gentle energy-balancing power of Reiki, will promote natural self-healing, balance, & inner peace.
Some blankets & bolsters will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. Please do bring your own yoga mat.
