A Mother–Daughter Ceremony at Birdsong 🪶 This Mother’s Day, we gather to honor the sacred thread between mother and daughter - a space of reflection, connection, and presence.
Through movement, breath, and guided ceremonial practices, this is an invitation to return to the heart together.
A shared hour to slow down, be seen, and meet each another in a new way.
What to expect
• Intimate gathering in the Birdsong movement studio
• Heart-centered yoga flow guided by Hope Moody
• Guided mother–daughter ceremonial practices
• Closing integration
No prior yoga experience needed. Mats and hydration provided.
This offering is designed for daughters ages 10–16 and their mothers or maternal figures.
