In this hands-on grilling class, students will learn the essential techniques for mastering the grill, we’ll cover the tools, timing, and tips needed for success.Participants will prepare a variety of crowd-pleasing favorites such as juicy burgers, delicious shrimp, perfectly grilled chicken, seasonal vegetables, and flavorful marinades and rubs. Along the way, we’ll explore food safety, doneness, and how to build balanced, delicious meals straight from the grill.
