Join us for a morning of calm, strength and relaxation with a Yogalates class facilitated by local instructor Danae Giardina 🧘♀️ The Solomon Yogalates Method is a fusion of Yoga and Pilates, combining the strength of pilates and the movement and flexibility of yoga together with a meditation to finish the practice 🌀
All proceeds are donated to Nipakawa Steiner School 🌊 🙏
Bring your matt and a plate of brunch to share. Hot chai provided after class.
This is a child free event. We invite your loved ones to join us for chai and brunch from 10:40am ☕️
Cost: $30 + any additional donation (for class + brunch)
