In celebration of falls prevention month, we are hosting a series of educational talks, demonstrations and interactive experiences with a focus on bone health at our OPEN DAY!

Who is this event for?

• Anyone with Osteoporosis or Osteopenia.
• Anyone wanting to learn how to build their bones naturally.
• Women in perimenopause / menopause.
• Anyone wanting to improve their balance, posture and strength.

This interactive and educational open day will include:

• Guided Tours of our state of the art centre and Osteogenic loading equipment
