The Heart Cut is an award-winning independent bottler of single-cask and small-batch whiskies, launched in 2023 by industry veterans Georgie Bell and Fabrizio Leoni. They collaborate with global distilleries to release unique, flavor-forward whiskies and were named 'Independent Bottler of the Year' at the 2024 and 2025 Global Icons of Whisky Awards.

Cancellations up to 24 hours before the event: Tickets can be transferred to another tasting at the same store or used as store credit, valid for 3 months.
