A Long Exhale: Winter Somatic Breathwork
The Long Exhale is a 60-minute somatic breathwork session designed for anyone feeling mentally full, emotionally stretched, or physically tense after months of constant movement and pressure.
You've been inhaling since January. It's time to breathe out.
This winter-focused session offers space for your nervous system to slow down, soften, and release, helping you reconnect with yourself in a gentle, grounded way.
This session may support you if you’re feeling:
- Wired but exhausted
- Emotionally or physically tense
- Stuck in constant “go mode”
- In need of deeper rest and nervous system support
- Curious about breathwork in a safe, beginner-friendly space
What to expect
- Guided breathwork and grounding practices
- Gentle, body-led somatic breathing
- Optional movement and nervous system release exercises
- Rest, reflection, and integration time
- A trauma-aware, consent-led environment with low-intensity options available

What to bring
- Warm layers and socks
- Water bottle
- Optional blanket, eye mask, journal, and pen

Pre-session guidance
- Eat lightly 2 hours beforehand
- Hydrate well throughout the day
- Limit caffeine beforehand and avoid alcohol/substances for 24 hours
- Arrive 10 minutes early

Lynn Tiang is an Integrative Somatic Coach, breathwork facilitator, and Reiki practitioner based in Aotearoa, New Zealand. Her work combines somatic breathwork, Reiki, and life coaching to support nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, and grounded personal transformation in a practical, trauma-aware way.
