So many newer yoga teachers feel like imposters. They are scared because they feel like they don't know enough but then don't want to put themselves out there in yoga communities to ask questions because, sometimes, the feedback isn't nice!
Don't worry, I've got you!!
My community and I are one of the most down-to-earth spaces you can learn in. We respect where everyone is on their path and, we all admit, no one knows it all! And that's OK.
*NO HANDSTANDS OR CRAZY POSES REQUIRED!!!! That's NOT what this retreat is about. It's about coming together in a safe place to learn and grow without feeling judged or less than!
