A Little Story About the Vineyards

Our wines come from three remarkable vineyards, each born from passion, courage, and a deep love for the land.

In the cool coastal valley of Casablanca, the Villard family planted their dreams in the late 1980s. Inspired by French elegance and Chilean energy, they became pioneers — crafting wines where ocean breezes, morning fog, and volcanic soils create whites and reds with precision, brightness, and a touch of European soul.

Further inland, at the foot of the Andes in Aconcagua, Swiss lawyer Mauro von Siebenthal left his life behind to pursue beauty through wine. His vineyard, Viña von Siebenthal, produces expressive, small-batch wines shaped by mountain winds, stony soils, and meticulous craftsmanship. Every bottle carries the clarity and discipline of Swiss precision — fused with the warmth of Chile.

And across the mountains in Mendoza, Amansado was born from the idea of “amansar” — to soften, to tame, to bring out the gentler side of Argentina’s bold grapes. Their wines are silky, floral, and refined, made from high-altitude vines that soak in intense sunlight by day and cool nights that preserve their elegance.

Together, these vineyards tell a story of oceans, mountains, and human devotion — a journey from coastal breezes to Andean peaks and across to the sunlit plains of Mendoza.

Our event takes place on the private top floor of Restaurant James, reserved exclusively for our group.
