Join us for a mystical evening of sights and sounds at the Mycelium Gallery!
A guided visualization meditation and sounds provided by Caitlin, owner of Sacred Cleansing.
Through the meditation, Caitlin will be guiding you through some intentional breathing exercises to connect with your body, mind and spirit, followed by a visualization into the mystical forest that lives in your subconscious.
Caitlin will then gently usher you into a cosmic sound immersion filled with frequencies and various sounds to raise your vibration, cleanse your auric fields and bring your energy to a whole new level.
As the Sound immersion comes to a close, there will be light refreshments and snacks provided for attendees to bring you back down to earth and into your bodies. The gallery will be open for viewing and exploration through vision. Be on the look out to see if you notice any resemblance in the physical environment from your meditative experience!
Please bring a mat to lay on and anything else you may desire for comfort during the sound immersion.
Magical attire is encouraged, the space holders will be dressed for the occasion!
