A Journey Through Galicia

Join us for a special evening exploring the wines and cuisine of Spain's Atlantic northwest following Hillary's recent wine trip through Galicia in July. From the Albariño vineyards of Rías Baixas to the rugged inland valleys of Ribeira Sacra, this dinner will showcase the diverse landscapes, grape varieties, and traditions that make Galicia one of the most exciting wine regions in Europe.

Special guest and importer Kerin Auth will join us to share stories, insights, and favorite discoveries from the region. Enjoy five courses prepared by Chef Mikayla Summers, each paired with one of our favorite Galician wines, selected to highlight the freshness, complexity, and coastal character of this remarkable corner of Spain.
