Celebrate the season with Star People and special guest vocalist Alex McArthur for an evening that brings a distinctly jazz perspective to the holidays.
The program features holiday favorites alongside selections from Duke Ellington and Billy Strayhorn’s celebrated jazz interpretation of Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker Suite, music by Joni Mitchell, and a few special features prepared for the occasion.
Star People brings together some of Western New York’s most accomplished jazz musicians:
Tim Clarke – trumpet
Andy Weinzler – saxophone
John Hasselback Jr. – trombone
George Caldwell – piano
Joe Goehle – bass
John Bacon – drums
