Where philosophy meets psychology.
Considering the great texts and teachings of yoga - chakras, kosha’s, Sutras and the Gita. Not treating them as historical or scholarly works but as incredible tools to help us and our students transform ourselves and lead truly happier, healthier lives.
It's Ian's favourite weekend to teach - digging deep into the stuff we only really touch on our initial 200hr TT - essentially how yoga can help us make sense of our life and learn to be happier.
There will be some yoga, some cake, some chatting - some tea too. A shared meal on Sunday lunchtime if you’d like to bring something for the 'table'.
And as always, done in the company of lovely old_people.
All yoga teachers and trainees welcome.
About Ian :
Ian has been a student and teacher of Yoga for 21 years. His passion for yoga started with his first yoga class. Inspired, he went on to qualify with David Swenson and then qualified with both the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance and has continued to train, learn, practice and read every day.
He teaches because he loves it.
