Suitable for everyone, this half day course is led by a senior practitioner with over 20 years experience. Whilst many of us start meditating with good intentions, we can often find other things taking over. This is an opportunity to find out how to create a sustainable enjoyable routine for yourself

The course will be in two sessions with a break. Each session will consist of practical teachings and guided meditations. We sit on chairs, and no exercise is involved.
