A Grown-Up Book Swap

Happy New Year, Bookies! The January 11th event has sold out, but never fear, we have another awesome swap opportunity coming your way! Books and Brews Boston is hosting a grown-up book fair and swap at Jack's Abby in Framingham! If you came to the last Jack's Abby swap, it's the same deal...bring a gently used book (or books) to swap sip on a beverage and shop new books and mingle with other bookies. If you missed us in October, don't miss us again in January! Can't wait to see you there!

Here's how the swap works:

• Bring a book or books (up to 10 per person) that are ready for a new home. Please consider bringing books that you have enjoyed rather than unwanted items. We cannot accept books that are damaged (water-logged, written in etc.).
• Check in with the host(s) and give us your book(s) to put on the swap tables.
• Browse the books and grab up to four new (to you) books to take home.
• Come in and out of the swap as much as you'd like. Don't forget to grab a beer and mingle with other bookies!
• Take a chance and purchase a Blind Date With a Book to add to your swap pile.
• Leftover books get donated or circulated back into future book swaps.
