January 27th, 2026 marks 7 years since we last got to see Layla's amazing smile or hear her contagious laugh.
Please consider doing some (or all) of the following to show your love to the Bober family and remember Layla.
1. For the last five years pink light bulbs lite up the streets all over Framingham thanks to a good friend of the Bober family who dropped off dozens of light bulbs at neighbors and friends houses. Join their friends and neighbors with a pink light bulb outside your house for the month of January. Post pictures on Facebook and Instagram and tag the Foundation!
2. The same friend that created the pink light bulbs set up a large glass jar with pink and purple hearts and markers. If you live local, stop by the Bober's house during the week of 1/25/26-1/31/26, write a message or remembrance of Layla on the hearts and attach them to the railings. (76 Joyce Road, Framingham)
3. Paint a rock pink and put them on the front walkway of the Bober's house, or your house if you don't live local. Please use waterproof paint so the Bober's can add the rocks to the collection they keep outside. Take a picture and tag the foundation. Don't forget to paint who the rock is from on it! 4. Wear pink, all pink, as much pink as you can find on January 27th. Take a picture and post it on Facebook and Instagram. Don't forget to tag the Foundation!
