As we come out of winter and look forward to spring, give your mind, body, and spirit the boost it deserves! Pamper yourself with a relaxing afternoon on Sunday, March 2nd from 1:30-3:00 exploring a few common medicinal herbs and flowers, and how they may better assist you. Participants will make a soothing herbal bath salt and a nourishing bar of soap using the herbs discussed in the workshop. Materials provided!
