Come join us for a rejuvenating day of yoga and breathwork on a Bali 4.3 catamaran at West Coast Multihulls! Connect with nature and yourself as you flow through yoga poses surrounded by the calming waters. Learn how to harness the power of your breath to deepen your practice and enhance your overall well-being. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of the ocean. Don't miss out on this unique experience!

Private Catamaran Docking Area (will be sailing in south San Diego Bay)

What To Do:

On Sunday, June 30th, 2024

-Meet in 1st parking lot @ 10:30am to check-in

(we will have your name after you buy a ticket) (if you buy a ticket for another person please bring proof)

- Go down to the boat at 10:50 am latest

(BE ON TIME! If we leave without you there will be NO REFUNDS)

-Set sail and enjoy the wellness activities and food!

What to Bring:

-yoga mat

-water bottle (we will have a flavored water station)

-BYOB (we will have NA kombucha & mimosas available)

-jacket, swimsuit, and towel (depending on weather we'll jump in and stand up paddleboard for sure!)

-A big smile!
