Embark on a journey of awakening the senses, grounding ourselves, and exploring natural form and posture through movement and play.Our day begins with a warm and inviting welcome gathering in our cosy café, where we can connect with one another over freshly brewed coffee and homemade cake. This will set the tone for the enriching day ahead.
As we transition into movement, we will delve into practices that awaken our bodies and minds. Through gentle stretches, intentional breath work, and fluid movements, we can reconnect with our physical selves, finding harmony and balance within. Through playful inquiry we will explore form and posture, discovering new depths in our practice, whilst igniting a sense of curiosity.
Our day continues with a leisurely walk through the local nature reserve, where a delicious picnic lunch will be served. We will enjoy some nourishing food in a lovely natural setting in the company of newfound friends.
Returning to the studio in the afternoon, we will immerse ourselves in practices designed to unwind and restore. Through mindful meditation and deep relaxation, we can release tension and cultivate inner peace, allowing ourselves to find stillness and calm in the present moment.
With simple intention, we unravel the knots of stress and strain, nourishing our bodies, restoring our spirits, and recharging our energy reserves. As the day draws to a close, we will leave feeling rejuvenated and inspired, having experienced the power of yoga and the importance of connections formed with both nature and like-minded people.
Individual picnic boxes containing freshly homemade vegetarian food will be provided. You will have the opportunity to select from a variety of sandwich fillings prior to the event.
Please bring comfortable walking shoes and clothing suitable for the weather.
