Healthcare practitioners rarely connect the dots between breathing and facial and airway development. You will learn how to connect those dots. Our jaw is 90% developed by the age of 12, so it is crucial to recognize any breathing-related disorders as early as possible.
Tim's aim is for you to learn how to maximize your breathing potential, understand the oral and systemic benefits of healthy breathing, and prevent viral infections through breathing effectively. He will explain how breathing affects facial development and simple changes that can be made to convert children to healthy breathing.
In addition to giving you all of the science, he will explain how you can create a baseline measurement of your breathing health and then explain how you can create your own bespoke breathing exercise plan to set you on your way to maximise your breathing potential.
Once you have established healthy breathing and understand how to measure your success, Tim will give you a simple guide on how to check your patients' breathing and simple changes that can be made in-house.
