A Day in the Woods is a full-day outdoor retreat for 30 women on a private, tree-lined property most New Orleans locals have never been to. It's not a conference. It's not a workshop. It's a real day — with structure where it counts and space where you need it.
Here's how the day runs:
- 10:00 AM — Arrival + Refreshment Bar
- 10:45 AM — Movement in the Meadow (outdoor session, all levels welcome)
- 11:45 AM — Communal Lunch on the screened porch
- 12:30 PM — Unstructured Time on the property
- 2:00 PM — Living Room Chat: Navigating PCOS (an honest conversation with people who know)
- 3:00 PM — Community Service Give-Back
- 3:45 PM — Closing Circle
You'll leave with a future-self letter you wrote and sealed — we'll mail it back to you in three months.
Who this is for
