If so, I would like to invite you to an event where I will present Danish history and offer some explanations of why Denmark and Lyngby look the way they do today.
What happened after the last Ice Age, when Denmark was covered by ice?
Who were the Vikings?
Why do we have a king?
How did democracy develop?
What is the history of Lyngby?
And who are we all in Lyngby today?
Learning about the country’s history gives a better understanding of the surroundings we live in and provides new perspectives.
The event is free, and refreshments will be served.
