Zac Celinder is a dynamic and multi-faceted musician whose artistry blends soul, jazz, funk, R&B, and Latin influences. With over 15 years of experience as a performer, producer, and songwriter, he has cemented himself as a prominent figure in the Danish and international music scenes.Raised in a musical household in Copenhagen, Zac’s journey began with classical training in The Copenhagen Royal Chapel Choir, followed by an immersion in blues, rock, and funk. His deep understanding of harmony and composition—rooted in influences ranging from Stevie Wonder and Prince to Djavan and Ivan Lins—has shaped his distinctive sound.
As a multi-instrumentalist, Zac effortlessly transitions between guitar, bass, piano, and chromatic harmonica, crafting intricate arrangements that reflect his broad musical vocabulary. His songwriting explores diverse themes and genres, from stripped-down acoustic ballads to vibrant funk anthems and experimental jazz-infused compositions. Whether composing in English, Danish, or Spanish, he brings a deep emotional and technical sensitivity to every project.
Beyond his solo career, Zac has produced albums for acclaimed artists such as LIGA, Ida Astrid, and Klubien & Dans’orkestret. He has also collaborated and performed with renowned musicians, including Burhan G, Julias Moon, John Blackwell, Morris Hayes, and Larry Graham & Graham Central Station.
